Originally, I am from the Mosel Valley and have been living in Berlin since 1998. Design, in all its
variations, is the medium through which I like to express myself.
With a solid foundation in design, starting with my studies in Visual Communication at the Academy of Fine
Arts in Nuremberg and my earlier training as a media designer and photographer, I have built a career that
spans over three decades. My focus has always been on closing the gap between a brand’s identity, digital
presence, and classic communication strategies.
For me, true design is more than just how things look. It’s about a deep understanding of a brand, the people
it represents, and its audience. That’s why I love being part of an environment that has a positive impact and
an understanding of the difference that design can make.
Currently I am Senior Brand & Digital Designer at PHINEO.org and
have been nurturing
the design aesthetic and brand since 2022.
Before PHINEO, I played a key role in the visual design for clients at Pötting Information Design,
significantly
contributing to the company’s growth through design for about 10 years.
In addition, I worked as a freelance designer for about 14 years before and during my full-time job for
various Berlin-based design studios and renowned companies, including BHF-Bank, where I created sustainable
and personalised brand experiences.
I have been committed to sustainability and mindfulness throughout my work life. I believe that responsible
management across all sectors is essential for the well-being of our planet and future generations. This
belief drives my work, as I continuously seek to create designs that not only connect digital and traditional
media but also make a meaningful impact.
